Dr. Jyoti Tripathi is a dedicated academic and researcher in the field of Political Science, with extensive experience in gender studies, migration, and grassroots governance. She holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth, Varanasi, where her research focused on civil society and environmentalism in India. She also earned an M.Phil. with a Gold Medal and has been associated with prestigious institutions through fellowships and funded research, including support from ICSSR, New Delhi.
Dr. Tripathi has contributed significantly to national and international research projects. She has worked as a Research Assistant with the London School of Economics and the University of Sussex, focusing on social inequality and migration during COVID-19. Her work with organizations such as CWDS, ODG, and international initiatives like GAFIS highlights her expertise in qualitative research, fieldwork, and data analysis, particularly on issues affecting women and marginalized communities.
