Pushpendra Yadav is a highly skilled energy efficiency expert with over 15 years of experience in managing and executing various energy and sustainability projects. As a Lead Verifier and Validator for ISO 14064 (Carbon Footprint Verification) and a BEE Certified Energy Manager, he has extensive expertise in energy audits, water audits, electrical safety audits, and renewable energy projects across multiple sectors, including iron & steel, pulp & paper, thermal power, textiles, automobiles, aviation, and buildings.
Currently working with Allegiance Sustainable Services Development Pvt. Ltd., he leads energy efficiency initiatives, water audits, and solar project installations under the PM Surya Ghar Yojana. He has contributed to the GEF-5 program in India, supporting energy transformation in MSMEs, and played a key role in various audits for industries such as IOCL Refinery, Tata Steel, and leading paper mills.
Previously, he worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), URS Verification Pvt. Ltd., and PCRA, where he was involved in demand-side management programs, capacity building for DISCOMs, and investment-grade energy audits. His work includes load profiling, DSM action plans, chiller assessments, and energy efficiency projects under AMRUT and EESL initiatives.
He has received professional training in carbon footprint verification, energy efficiency in foundries, and steel re-rolling mills. With a B. Tech in Electronics & Communication from UPTU, his diverse technical background and leadership in sustainability projects make him a key contributor to India's energy transition and carbon reduction goals.
